Fees & Membership:

There are 3 main classes to join Alfa Fast Ireland platform.

Restaurant/Takeaways:

  1. Class A: No annual fee, Alfa Fast Food charges (9% per order and 23% with delivery).
  2. Class B: Annual Fee €900 or €500 for every six month, Alfa Fast Food Charges (5% per Order and 21% with delivery).
  3. Class C: Annual Fee €1900 or €990 for every six month (0%Orders are free of charges and 19.5% per order with delivery).

2.Other Businesses categories: Groceries, Bakeries, Pharmacies, Butchers, and other businesses:

All other business categories only delivery offered no upload for the menu.

How it works:

  1. Sign Up for Non-Restaurants/Takeaways categories.
  2. Approval and welcome pack received.
  3. Download Your Vendor App and you ready to go.

Our business categories vendor app is simple and easy to use.

What are our charges:

There are two ways to subscribe with our vendors for Non-Restaurants/Takeaways Categories:

1.Standard Membership: delivery is totally free of charge where customer take all cost of delivery. However vendor annual subscription is €250.

2. Premium Membership: cost of delivery shared half/half between vendors and customers and no annual subscription needed.

How Delivery Service Works:

1.Restaurants/Takeaways:

Maximum distance for Delivery is 11km. However up to 7km it will be totally free of charge for the vendors.

If delivery distance exceeded 7km €1 extra charge will be applied for each KM.

2. Other Categories:

Cost of delivery for other categories:

Up to 2km is €4.75

Afterwards: 55 cent for each 500 meter.

Maximum distance: 11km.

Cash on Delivery:

Alfa Fast Ireland facilities Cash on Delivery as payment option.

How Profit Sharing Works:

Our vendors receive 6% of Alfa Fast Food Operational Profit.

This will be distributed twice a year and will be based on number of orders achieved rather than value of the order.

What types of Restaurants/Takeaways can be listed on Alfa Fast Platform:

All types and different cuisines, anyway Alcohol is not possible to be ordered via Alfa Fast Platform.

What Types of items/products can be delivered with Alfa Fast (Other Categories).

Initially all types of items/products except alcohol.

All items must be packed properly and described in detail in the vendor app before delivery driver/rider take it.
